When we pray, do we pray to God or Jesus?

The answer to that question can be found in the gospel of Matthew when Jesus, himself taught us how we should pray by telling us what is now known as the “Lord’s Prayer”. You know the one “our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name…” Because of this, we know that Jesus himself told us to pray directly to the Father. But, let’s not forget that If it weren’t for Jesus, we wouldn’t have the direct access that we do to our Father, which is why we pray through Jesus when we say “in Jesus name we pray”.  So, to answer the question; we can pray directly to God in the name of His son, Jesus.

Keep your eyes on the prize, guys!
